i was incredibly pleased with their decision of a refund after a tiring dispute with another user. it wasn't the best but it also wasn't the worst because had this been my own deal, i am already left with nothing.. but the site fulfilled its duty. make sure to get the after-sale warranty, it is useful as long as you have your evidence..
