Extremely frustrated
Inherited a ps4 from my father in law 5 years ago, been playing it ever since (under his log in).
My eight year old has been playing it lately (I've been on the ps5) and now wants to play online with her friends (specifically minecraft) but I can't get playstation network under his log in (being dont know the password) and playstation won't do anything for me
And I really don't want to do it under a different user and lose 5 years of progress.
