I like the product and have used it for years. However, my last purchase of several containers included one which was empty - it had no product. I sent that container back to you two months ago asking for an exchange and have heard nothing back from your company. That is very poor customer service, and because of that I am looking at changing to competing products. Ignoring regular customers is bad business.
