The product works! I have eye bags and this product diminishes them greatly!! Only reason I’m giving this a 4 star rating is over the past year or so I have received 2 orders that won’t pump any product. I’ve called customer service & the 1st time they replaced quickly. Second time they replaced quickly. However the second replacement wouldn’t pump either!! Those they wouldn’t replace again. So I feel I spent 150$ for nothing. But I love this product so I ordered again.
