I have been using your products for a good while now and have been more than pleased. The only reason I did not give five stars is because in my last order of the Rapid Reduction Serum, one of the containers would not give me the product even though I pumped it for over 20 minutes. I have never had this happen. Since it was my last bottle, I only request that the order I placed today, Order SSCWB-228897, ship as soon as possible.
