I was a very satisfied customer until my last order of 3 containers. Two of the pumps did not work. I had to crack the containers open and scoop the cream out.
Up till then I was very satisfied with the product. I have been using it for years. I was glad when you switched to the new pump. Now I'm not sure if I will continue to order. I was sent a sample of the individual foil packs.
This is not the first time I had this problem, but maybe I will try one more order.
