It certainly works to smooth out the bags under eyes. My problem has been that it's very hard to apply foundation, blush, and powder because you cannot touch the area where you have put the Plexaderm. I have to wear make-up so it sometimes looks like I have white circles under my eyes in contrast to the foundation. I try to tighten my face and feather on the powder. Also, the Plexaderm dries and forms a pinkish crust. If you could give some advice in applying make-up, it would be appreciated. I also think that the Plexaderm is causing the under eye bags to worsen. Now, on days when I don't use make up the bags seem much worse than before I began to use this product.
