I don’t understand how it works but it definitely removes the bags under my eyes. It is pretty amazing!
My only problem is that it doesn’t last long; maybe two- three hours? I have a question about whether you can put more plexaderm over the dry plexaderm ! ( for times you’re out and see the bags returned)
