As an aging person who has many difficulties using their hands and fingers. It is hard to manipulate the small individual packets. It is so much easier in the pump canister. I hope you think of the older generation (+55 yrs) that love your product and want the easiness to keep using. Hopefully, you have another plan to not only help me but other users.
