The product works as advertised. After about 10 min, or when it dries, the puffiness under my eyes is gone. My only complaint is the packaging. The tubes you use do not dispense the entire product. There's a lot of waste. I have been cutting them open once I can't squeeze any more product out and there's still a lot in there. The old dispenser was superior in my opinion.
