The tubes are AWFUL. It is so hard to get all of the get out and I feel like it's a way to charge more and give less. I can't believe anyone like the tubes better than the bottles. There has to be a better way to package the plexaderm than what you are currently doing.
The product is great, the hard part is done. Fix your packaging.
