Product definitely tightens bags up from under eyes. I would give it 5 Stars if they could figure out how not to make it look like you just woke up and didn't wash the dry spots under your eyes. If you could add a moisturizer that helped Plexaderm blend into your face this product would be Perfect. Almost a One Step Put It on and your Finished Product. Just My Thoughts but Overall good Job.
