Your product is amazing. I use it when I do not get a good night sleep and it tightens the bags under my eyes. I bought it for my mom and she is addicted to the product, the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the packaging can be better. My mom is cutting the tubes open and using a pin to get all of the product out. I know you are working on it, Thankyou.
