I have used Plexaderm for almost a year and a half. I've gone through packaging changes, which at first, I was not impressed by. Now, I like the new packaging very much. I've had a couple of minor issues with this new package design, in that I've purchased 2 bottles that would not dispense the product, no matter what I tried. Your company was EXTREMELY cooperative in replacing them at no charge. I do notice quite a difference in the appearance of my undereye bags after using your product. I also think you may have improved your formula just a bit, as I notice there seems to be a reduction in a "flakey" appearance after the product dries. And yes, I HAVE been applying it correctly for as long as I've used it. Great product!
