Product works fine but I originally ordered 3 cartridges and they were all defective and when I called customer service I was told that I had waited too long for anything to be corrected? So I ended up purchasing 3 more bottles with the new and improved container and was told that I would be receiving a complimentary supply of “packets” if I ordered at the time and I’ve received the order I paid for but still haven’t gotten any Complementary Items as was promised. Thanks for looking into my situation
