The product works great, but the dispenser it is sent in sometimes works fine and then other times not. The last container I tried to start using I almost gave up on as I could not get it to dispense the cream. I pumped and pumped until my finger was sore. I finally put the container is some hot water for a while and then it finally started coming out. Not happy with the the dispenser.
