It appears to work on me very well. I wish the containers were larger, so that I didn't run out so often. Recently while reviewing my bank statement, I came across a charge to my VISA account that read: Product: Groceries City: New York This troubled me because I don't buy groceries in NY when I live in Las Vegas, NV. I called my bank to see if they had any additional information on the charges, and they said they had none. I told them it must be a fraudulent charge. They canceled the charge. I later leaned that it was from you company and called your representative and explained the problem. I asked her to accept my credit card information again so that I could pay for the item. She said it was already processed. I tried to explain to her that my bank would probably request a refund from her bank and she said there was nothing that could be done. I told her I still had the product, would she like for me to send it back. She said "no, just enjoy it". I hope this didn't cause a lot of trouble for anyone, but it was very strange to receive a bill for cosmetics that reads "groceries". I will, in future, be calling for refills when I next need them.
