I have been using Plexaderm for just over a year now. You have to apply it under your makeup daily, the results are instant. Nothing is perfect unless you have surgery. If you are looking for a alternative to surgery and want instant results than this is definitely your product. A small amount of the product goes a long ways, I order 3 at a time.
