You guys are really listening. At some point we weren't getting SMS anymore which made it hard for us to plan around vvp events (turn on airconditioning before vvp start time; plan to go out for dinner at night etc) but you turned it around and we're getting the notification again.
Why I didn't give a perfect score is because I am still not sure how the compensation is going to work. Particularly when members have paid for the system upfront. Also I would imagine that the size of system should be a factor for compensation. It would be good to also understand better how much flex was provided (I understand 2mw? - seems low for 2000members) and what the market prices were for the events.
