Bathroom refit. Ordered product online Monday received email confirmation immediately. Money was taken from account Tuesday. Nothing received about delivery date or time. Contacted Plumbase by telephone Wednesday despite my email confirmation and them finding my order on the system they had not ordered the product from the supplier. Despite paying for delivery had to collect from local shop on Friday. Having dealt with a number of retailers over the past week they are far behind customer service in my experience. Quick to take the money for a product not they had not ordered.I should not have to chase my own order and I will not be using them again. No apology or delivery charge reimbursed. Very poor!
