I had a bathroom viewing booked in at our house and the staff member never showed up. Not only that but I then emailed to give them a chance to explain and am yet to hear anything. I had high hopes for a good service after walking in to the shop for some advice but I am left feeling extremely disappointed and time-pressured with this set back. Client service has been very poor.
