The website was really easy to navigate and use. The purchase process was quick and easy. Once purchase was made and email was received regarding the successful purchase.
But...
I have heard nothing since regarding my order. I don't know when it'll arrive, who will be delivering, a delivery window, etc.
I was suggest some sort of corespondance that puts the buyer at ease with a delivery day (or something that says..."it's still coming, or "nearly there...").
