Everything up to the point of delivery went very well. The courier (Glendale Transport) arrived, put a pallet of its in the road and just drive off. Absolutely no suggestion that he would help carry the items into the house never mind dispose of the pallet and wooden braces left behind. Definitely a weak point in your service.
