The hose supplied with a shower tap was damaged however I didn't notice until fitting it three days after receipt. I had inspected the tap upon arrival and as the hose was present did not open its bag. I contacted customer service who asked for a photo of the kinked hose. I didn't have one as I had fitted it at another persons house. When told this, Laura from customer service arranged the immediate despatch of a replacement which arrived three days later.
