Utterly disastrous. Extortionate expensive. Extremely poor service. I was left with a disaster in my kitchen and a continuous leaking tap. They promised to come back the next day to complete the job however after phoning several times I was told they wouldn't make it till the following day. They have the nerve to charge £174.00+ vat for 1 hours work, the plumber entire time at the job was 25minutes. How can the get away with charging nearly £250 for leaking tap and a part costing £25which I can add only cost £9.00 elsewhere. Never use this firm shop around and use local honest tradesmen.
