I called Righto to replace my electric shower which had stopped working.
Firstly, they said they had been to the door and no one was home which was a lie as we have cctv. When I called to complain I was told that was not the reason on the system and the reason submitted was that the plumber/electrician had difficulties with his previous job and couldn't make it.
I was told someone would attend the next morning. He turned up and said he couldn't do the job because he was not a qualified electrician.
Told them I would find someone else. Useless.
