It’s not just Rightio I feel I’ve had a bad experience with but also Trustpilot, I went to Rightio for emergency leak using your reviews of 4/5 stars. They did their little scam of not mentioning VAT which is unprofessional. I actually halted the job after half an hour because my daughters and myself just didn’t feel confident that he had actually found the leak but was suggesting another 4 hours on the job. But then went back to Rightio Trust Pilot reviews to find you had that many different review sites for them but some showing mainly 1 * upto mainly 5* and this is something I’ve raised and I ask why not one overall review site not 5 or so.
