I called Rightio to fit a light
There was a part missing. Lad was rude and said be back next week
Was charged £153 for a 10 minute visit doing nothing. This was not confirmed by the engineer or lady on phone.
Got light fitted by friend then next day
Trading standards needs to stop this happening. Shocking
