Do not use this company. Scammers This company took advantage of my elderly parents who are both vulnerable adults due to health conditions. The engineer was called to fix a leak to a pipe under the sink. Billed for 2 hours work £314.00. Materials £147.00. VAT £157.00 not mentioned when discussing original price. Time spent fixing the leak was 20 mins max. 1 Hour obtaining parts. Materials small piece of pipe and connectors. Called to complain, cut off twice. This is rogue trader activity and will be reported to trading standards. My poor parents who are both in their late seventies have been conned out of £554.00. DO NOT USE.
