Called on 10th Feb to arrange replacing 5 radiators. I was given a ref. number and told they would contact me to arrange visit. BUT they wanted bank details up front, more interested in getting me to agree service contract. I've heard nothing since and wouldn't use them now if they did. Be VERY cautious is considering using this comp. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
