Frank was so helpful over the phone when I needed to make a correction to my order placed yesterday (the incorrect order was my fault). Frank was friendly and professional. He truly went above and beyond and was able to correct the order without any hassle on his end even though the order error was my fault. I will do business with PlumbersStock again because of Frank and their fantastic customer service! Many companies could learn a lot from the customer service representatives at PlumbersStock.
