“John T was very helpful. I wished everybody that I talked to on the phone trying to get help was as good as John T, your website made it difficult for me to order the part online. It put me into a loop at the end when I was trying to pay, that is why I had to call and get help and I was extremely happy that I did. Your order should be here in a couple of days. “Chad was wonderful. He helped me to return an item. Thank you chad. The process was time consuming. Double packing and such. None of which was Chad's fault. I was never compensated for the return postage 17.15$ I returned a small 1.60oz box. Everything was in the original packaging. Including the original mailing envelope. I never took the product out of the original mailing envelope. I ordered the thermostat for a sick woman who died before I received the package, hence the return in all the original packaging.”
