“I explained that my card was good when I ordered the item on March 1st. But the company didn't get to my order until about 2 weeks later. By then there had been fraud committed on my card and I had to get a new one. The customer service person quickly changed my card information, which solved the problem. However, it would have been nice if he had offered to go back to his chain of command and discuss my complaint that it took them so long to get to the order.”

“I was able to find an unusual size vent cover on the website. The site clearly stated there was a 22 day lead time which I appreciated it. When a month lapsed and I had not received notice of shipping, I called to follow-up. MJ was kind and informed me that the cover had been mailed and was due to arrive the following day. He provided a FEDEX tracking number via email. I would have given 5 stars if an email had been sent to let me know my item had shipped.”
