“Jared from customer service helped me out to replace my trimmer after having it passed one year I wasn't sure if it was still covered under its manufacturer warranty and it was I highly recommend this product and its company”

“I sincerely appreciate to Jared, one of customer service representative in Trone! I was struggling with a defective toilet and he moved my case quickly in his best to find a resolution. “Great customer service. I checked on my order via text/email and got a quick same day response. The part was on back order but they could ship it from another warehouse. My package was shipped yesterday (same day) and came today. Very satisfied! Will install it tonight.”
