“Frances was very helpful when I checked my product order status. A target date was provided and the process for shipping the product to me. 4/5 starts is only because I ordered this product many weeks ago, and had no insight that it was on backorder, until I reached out to check on the status.”

“My product was on back order for months and ultimately I had to cancel it. But it wasn't the fault of Plumberstock, which kept me posted while we waited for the part and was great and prompt when I finally had to bail. A shout out to Mia in customer service for her help.”

“Christy notified me that the part I ordered was no longer available and canceled my order. It was very helpful in that I didn’t have to go through the effort of getting a refund. She took care of it in a timely manner.”

“The spray functions on this faucet quit working after a few months. Jake at Plumber Stock gave me the number for PricePfister and said he might be able to sell me another on at a discounted price if PricePfister wasn't able to help me. He was very helpful. I really appreciated his call.”

“I had placed an order and had the understanding that I would be notified when my item shipped. Nearly a week has gone by, so I called to find out what was going on with my order that had already been put through on my credit card. It turns out that my item is in fact in route and was finally supplied with a tracking number. Per my conversation today, I found out my orders should be in my hands soon. Thank you, wishing I would have known sooner, but the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. Thank you!”

“While I was initially frustrated with not being able to reach anyone and having received no response to a text, I finally was able to get a response from having entered my item/order related issue through the web site Chat feature. I provided details in an email reply. This prompt phone call - however, I was unavailable at the time. I followed up to the voicemail this morning and appreciated the help Jake provided to initiate an RMA and steps to initiate an order for a replacement item with suitable spec's.”

“I thank you,everyone I contacted did their best to help me, unfortunately your supplier could not deliver my order placed in March for another month to six weeks and that did not fit into our build schedule so I had to go elsewhere For my order! But you refunded my money and I appreciate everyone’s hard work at trying to resolve my order! Aaron tried his best!”
