Horrible, DO NOT recommend! 3 days to "process" an order for "in stock" parts then they shipped the 7 ounce item UPS/USPS value which takes 6 days and charge $10 for this unacceptable SLOW shipping service.

Ordered one toilet as one single item; received incompatible toilet bowl and toilet tank. Lost over $400 in plumber's charges removing and reinstalling old toilet. Will never purchase from PlumbersStock.com again.

Plumbers Stock is up there with the worst companies I've dealt with. I had to call to get info on a mounting bracket for the part I needed. They ordered both items for me, all swell so far, but it was downhill from there. No other communication was received from them, at all. "Quick shipping" took 6+ weeks to receive, and only after I called... twice. Mounting bracket received did not work with diffuser and did not fit the duct. So a mounting bracket that didn't work with either of the 2 things it was meant to attach. When I contacted P.S. they never apologized, and never offered to rectify the problem. In fact their only reply was "the items are non refundable and non returnable". When they "finally" agreed to process a return, the instructions made it clear that they would (in the end) claim the directions were not followed and "not be able to process a refund". And again they never offered to try to get me a bracket that would work. But were certainly on board with keeping my money.

The ZAB201-10 Superstrut Angle Brackets are not gold in color as in the advertisement. I paid $38.35 for shipping and the brackets weighing 9LBS., came to me in a torn plastic bag that almost burst. I had to pay $28.00 for return shipping in a box, this order cost me $58.35, I do not recommend that anyone order from PlumberStock, this is poor customer service.

Product damaged during shipping sent back called for replacement and they charge me again for something already paid for. Jake said I’ll have it Thursday or by Friday did not arrive. I need my tank. Customer is irate with me because of Jake I can’t finish my job.

Plumbers Stock canceled my order due to a credit card situation; when I called to get informed "John T" was great. He was pleasant, quick, and kind. He immediately updated the information in my account and had my order continue its journey to me. Thank You

I purchased a wheelbarrow tray for 106.00 dollars. The add said it fit most 6 cu ft models. Well it didn't fit mine. there were no specific models that it didn't fit. my thought, I have a very popular model so i try it. When I went to return it they were happy to refund my money as soon as it was returned. they sent a return authorization but told me i was responsible for shipping. $411.07 to send back a 9pound plastic tray that has no way of knowing if it will fit or not. Now I probably should have look closer at this company and product, btw after I received it and had my experience, i found several others who had the exact problem. This company is not do due diligence in explaining the issues with this product. Shame on me for not putting this under a microscope but I can let the rest of you know what kind of terrible customer service they have .BUYER BEWARE1 Oh also I doubt they spent 400 bucks to to ship it to me so maybe at least they could have helped with their shipper to send it back. worst I ever delt with. JK

You listed my part as in-stock and shipping within 1 business day. I emailed 5 days later to find out it was backordered. Misleading and poor customer service.

One star is too generous. I placed an ordered on Wednesday, December 20th, and I paid for express shipping. I contacted Plumbers Stock customer support the next morning asking them to cancel the order since I found it at another supplier that could get it to me overnight. In response, "customer support" told me the part had already shipped, so I could not cancel the order. They also told me I would get a tracking number via an email notice for the shipment shortly. Based on their reassurance, I decided to wait for the part to arrive. As of today (December 26th) I still have not received the part, nor have I received the shipping confirmation I was promised. If the order had already shipped on Thursday as they said, I should have received it by Saturday or Sunday latest. Not only have I not received the part, but Plumber's Stock has failed to deliver it via express 2-day delivery, for which I paid extra. I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund. Still have not heard anything from Plumbers Stock, in spite of numerous emails, text, and phone calls.

John, I can not give your company a good review. Your office staff is incompetent. They screw up a simple order, I ordered a package of 15, Raindrip Drip Irrigation Tubing Stake 8 in. L 15 pk/38473090. Guess what I got 1 in the mail. Wrote to you telling you I was 14 short. Guess what you sent me 13 in the mail. You still owed me 1 more. I wrote to you again telling you I was 1 short. Still waiting for it.WHEW

I ordered a part for my 40 year old Moen shower trim kit. It was called a Stop Tube. Plumbers Stock had what I thought was the correct replacement. Well it was for a newer shower faucet system and was different. I called MJ in customer service and and he solved the problem by refunding my purchase amount. I did not even have to send back the incorrect part. He also recommended that I call Moen and try to get the official part number so I could know it was the correct product this time. The company was very helpful and quickly took care of my issue. I will use them again for plumbing replacement parts.

First time ordering from Plumbers Stock. After a long wait to speak to a customer service rep on phone, was given a first assurance that the hard-to-find item needed was definitely in stock. Placed the order over the phone as recommended by the rep to ensure that the item would be available in warehouse and shipped. Promptly received an email saying the item was NOT in stock in the warehouse and was given a second assurance that the needed item would be obtained from another location. Highly disappointing, because was quite clear that the ordered item was hard to find and therefore did not want to lose time ordering the part if it was not actually in stock. I hope that customer service will follow through with their promise to make this first order right.

Had an RGA and followed all the instructions for the return of a defective product. It was received 2 weeks ago today per tracking and proof of delivery. I emailed Saturday to ask why I hadn’t gotten a refund and had not received a response as of today. So I called and was told that they would process my refund. I assume you have to call to get it after following their instructions? Never again. I spent $220 on a plumber who unsuccessfully tried to install a defective product. Delta sent the replacement and it took less than 5 minutes to install. Expensive lesson learned.
