I waited a month for the order to be delivered. One month after ordering the seller cancelled the order by sending the following email: "This email is to inform you that your PlumbersStock.com order ******** has been canceled. Please be advised that it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your account." Then I received another automated email a few days later asking me to leave a good review for them.

It's been 8 months, yes 8 months, since I ordered my Moen Transfer Valve Trim and I keep on getting the same run around from their customer service reps. This trim piece was holding up the completion of our master bathroom shower for 6 months, then I just gave up and purchased the trim piece in a different color and painted it a matte black. At the beginning I was told this item would arrive in 16 days. I followed up when it didnt show up and they blamed it on the manufacturer and it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. Every week, I checked the status of the order and three weeks later I noticed two were available in their NY warehouse and it could ship within 1-3 days. I immediately called Plumber Stock to ask them to ship one to me. They confirmed and said that I would receive it within 5 days. Guess what happened 5 days later... correct, it never showed up. They then claimed that they were notified by their "partner vendor" that they also no longer have the item in stock and it will take 3 MORE WEEKS before it would ship out to me. Get this,, now they charge me for the product before it even shipped! Now we're 8 weeks after purchase date and my emails are getting returned to me. Not one, but two emails were returned to me. Five days later, I get an email telling me they are backed up with orders and they will address my concern "shortly". Many calls on hold for hours on end & emails full of excuses went on for 6 months and I just gave up and as mentioned before, purchased the trim piece in a different color from Amazon, and painted it a matte black. No one should ever need to deal with this type of customer service, or lack thereof. Plumber Stock should NOT be able to take customers money and fail to deliver the product for this amount of time. Unfortunately, now every time I step foot into my master shower I have this memory of this awful experience with Plumber Stock. I hope no one out there ever has to deal with the vendor like I have over the past 8 months. Steer clear of Plumber Stock! There are plenty of other great vendors out there. At this point, all I want is my money back.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I ordered a drainpan for a washer-dryer that was clearly labeled as 30"x 33"- just the dimensions that I needed. Unfortunately what arrived at my house was about 30" x 60" - it's enormous, and much bigger than I wanted or can fit in my laundry closet. Look at the photo below - how could they have thought this was the right item? I asked for a refund or an exchange. They said couldn't exchange the item (something about needing to custom-order it), and agreed to a refund. But to my surprise they also required that I return the item in order to receive they refund (they provided a shipping label in the process). How exactly am I supposed to deliver this massive drainpan for shipping back to them? It's too big to fit in my car, so apparently they expect me to spend money to hire a truck to deliver this to the shipper, which be expensive and eat up a significant piece of my refund. I suggested that they send someone to pick it up, but as of this moment have not responded. So they not only send me the wrong item, they send it to me in such a way that makes it difficult for me to get my money back. What appears to have started as terrible incompetence has now morphed into something even worse, as they are holding onto my refund, probably in the hope that I'll quietly go away. So in the meantime, I'm out $183.64, and PlumbersStock has gained one very dissatisfied customer. Everybody loses.

The order I placed missed all the ETAs, the item description says 1-2 weeks, but after a month of waiting still not shipped, the customer service never answers phone calls, doesn't call back, doesn't respond emails. After wasting one month on plumbersstock I'm having to cancel the order and choose another merchant.

Bought a part for a toilet. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. After waiting for a week, asked to cancel order and they refused.
