“Talked to representative of your company and was told of shipping problems of manufacturer of said product.”

“Jacob was very service oriented and even followed up with email. The reason for a 4 rating is that when I ordered the item it did not state that the item is back ordered with the manufacturer. I ordered the end of Sept and now hearing it will be possibly Nov before being shipped.”

“Ordered a part in March and received it in July. This was due to supply chain issues completely out of the control of Plumbers Stock. They kept me informed. I would have given 5 stars but 4 is very good.”

“There was a delay in our receiving a replacement kitchen sink sprayer and I called customer service and two individuals there responded promptly. I spoke to Bernard Mijares earlier today and he answered all my questions and confirmed that the shipment would be delivered to us today.”

“There was an issue on the website where the item's page was no longer loading for me, and Bernard was very helpful and just took my order over the phone. Although he listed the support ticket email as "possible fraudulent order".. which kind of gave me a shock, it was a helpful call and while my item hasn't shipped yet, so far everything seems good.”
