“There was an issue on the website where the item's page was no longer loading for me, and Bernard was very helpful and just took my order over the phone. Although he listed the support ticket email as "possible fraudulent order".. which kind of gave me a shock, it was a helpful call and while my item hasn't shipped yet, so far everything seems good.”
