“One piece of my order was damaged when it arrived. I spoke with customer service and they sent me a replacement. The only issue I have is that they would not expedite the shipping at no extra cost.”

“The human service is 5 stars. The website is not. The website gave the appearance there were plenty of the item in stock when I placed the order. Customer service reached out to inform me the item had been discontinued and was no longer available, and the replacement item was also not available. MJ and Christy were very professional.”

“Would have given 5 stars if they'd have let me know my card was declined. Ordered on July 17th and called on July 31st by to see where my order was. Was told that it would be at the warehouse by Aug 4th. Had to call back again today Aug 7th just to find out there was a card issue. Poor communication on their part.”

“They offered the exact product I needed at a better price than I found elsewhere. Why not 5 stars? Shipping was delayed, but I didn’t receive any additional updates past the first couple of days. After waiting double the expected delivery time, I called customer service. I received my order within a week. I then needed to return an item. Customer service was again helpful (thanks to Crislen). Customer service was responsive & helpful once you connected with a person.”

“Jacob was very service oriented and even followed up with email. The reason for a 4 rating is that when I ordered the item it did not state that the item is back ordered with the manufacturer. I ordered the end of Sept and now hearing it will be possibly Nov before being shipped.”
