“John was able to lead me through the entire ordering experience very fluidly. He checked multiple warehouses to see if the item (a Toto toilet) was in stock and was able to help me with choosing between different models and features. He even pointed out the rough-in difference between toilet and ensured the right one matched my house”

“I tried to order online and it didnt go through so I called and Luna helped me. Luna verified everything and made sure i understood it was out of stock and it would take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. She read everything back to me. I am beginning a total master bath makeover and will see if you carry the additional parts I need. Nice job.”

“After trying to order these parts from another company for 30 minutes that was using some kind of AI computer generated agent. It did not once get any information correct, so tried several attempts to speak to a human, I was unable to, even left a message and was told I would have a reply in up to two days. If it was this hard to make a purchase what would it be like if there were any issues? So it was such a pleasure to speak with such a kind knowledgeable salesperson as Luna. Luna did the best she could to match the competition's price, though she couldn't I was still compelled to double what I actually needed on the order. She is a real asset to your company. Please don't ever go AI.”

“I received great service from the phone representative, John T. He helped me order the pieces I needed at the best price. Ultimately there was a delay getting half of my order in, but John did his best to expedite the shipment even when it was being held up at the manufacturer level. I would use PlumberStock again because their prices were the best and the website was easy to use.”
