“Plumbers Stock is up there with the worst companies I've dealt with. I had to call to get info on a mounting bracket for the part I needed. They ordered both items for me, all swell so far, but it was downhill from there. No other communication was received from them, at all. "Quick shipping" took 6+ weeks to receive, and only after I called... twice. Mounting bracket received did not work with diffuser and did not fit the duct. So a mounting bracket that didn't work with either of the 2 things it was meant to attach. When I contacted P.S. they never apologized, and never offered to rectify the problem. In fact their only reply was "the items are non refundable and non returnable". When they "finally" agreed to process a return, the instructions made it clear that they would (in the end) claim the directions were not followed and "not be able to process a refund". And again they never offered to try to get me a bracket that would work. But were certainly on board with keeping my money.”

“When we didn't think our order went through, we made another order, only to realize that both went through. We wrote an email immediately to cancel one of the orders and Jacob P. wrote within 24 h that he had resolved the issue for us and only a single order would be processed. Great service!”
