“I am still waiting. I purchased a toro 53300 backflow preventer. It had failed right out of the box . That isn’t the issue . I emailed plumber stock which promptly got back to me with a return receipt shipping label. I sent it out the very next day .My fault I assumed that they would ship asap when the post office picked up the shipment. I didn’t receive a replacement shipment email so I emailed them . Plumberstock informed me they would have to bill my card for the replacement my reply that is fine . Still no shipment. That was the 25th . The 27th they received my bad valve . I emailed on the 28th that I hadn’t received a shipping email . General reply back . So I replied that you received my bad valve on the 27 we are here on the 29th now . Long weekend. I called on the 3 rd still waiting for my replacement to ship told we will definitely update you via email by the end of the day . Guess what Thursday the 4th still waiting for the replacement valve to ship . I need to finish this job as of right now I can’t recommend plumber stock .”
