“My product was on back order for months and ultimately I had to cancel it. But it wasn't the fault of Plumberstock, which kept me posted while we waited for the part and was great and prompt when I finally had to bail. A shout out to Mia in customer service for her help.”

“John T was very helpful. I wished everybody that I talked to on the phone trying to get help was as good as John T, your website made it difficult for me to order the part online. It put me into a loop at the end when I was trying to pay, that is why I had to call and get help and I was extremely happy that I did. Your order should be here in a couple of days.
