“Sheng was my rep and she handled my situation with Grace and patience. She is very pleasant to work with. She explained me all of the things going on and she explained to me how the product would work. She was extremely patient with my stress. As it turned out, everything went perfect. “Very satisfied with the customer service provided by Luna while I was ordering the faucet, she double checked to be sure we were getting exactly what I wanted. We received the product in a very timely manner, sent to my husband's office for a secure delivery. We had just left for a short vacation, and just today (08/11/26) have been able to have this beautiful faucet installed. I am thrilled, and also so appreciative of the excellent service, prices, and quick shipping your company offered. “I was sent the wrong item and now not only do I not get item I now have to take time out of my day to return it. Customer service was slow and offered no solutions on their end, just wanted proof that the wrong item was sent. I Will not be ordering from you again I the future.”
