“I called customer service to check on an order that was significantly delayed due to stock issues. I was assisted by Riggs, who looked into the status of my purchase and explained that the item would take another couple of weeks to arrive. Riggs was extremely polite, clear, and precise while explaining the situation and outlining my options to either cancel the order or wait. I truly appreciate the excellent support!”

“Thresh did an great job in helping get the address change resolved. My first two phone calls were very disappointing with the other customer service reps. They told me they couldn't help fix the address and to call FedEx myself. (which by the way needs to be done by the shipper) So my third call to Plumbers Stock, Thresh answered and took control and was very helpful....Thank you Thresh!! Please look into the recorded calls and train your other service reps so they know how to handle an address change.”
