“We ordered a part back in January. Unfortunately it was not going to work. We had to ship it back at our cost to get a full refund, which wasn't cheap. We followed the return rules and was able to track receipt of the part. But after 3 weeks, no refund. We contacted customer support 2 different times and to no avail. They indicated it was "in the works ". After 2 more attempts to contact customerservice, MJ reached out via email. He was able to finally credit our card. He was helpful as well as a apologetic for rhe mix up and delay.”

“Ordered a part June 4. As of June 11, it hadn't been shipped. E-mailed them to request status. A representative replied that it had been shipped that day. He included a customer satisfaction link (this one) and requested I give him a 5-star rating for responding to my email. A week later, it still hadn't come nor even been shipped. This time I called. Their representative told me they had to order the part from the manufacturer and hoped to receive it in a week. I read to him the email I got the week before - the fellow asking for my commendation for giving me the wrong information. To his credit, the second guy asked if I wanted to cancel my order - I did - and was promptly credited back for the charge.”
