“It's rare these days to find really good customer service. Such is not the case with the folks at Plumber's Stock, in particular, Frances. It was just great. It was as if she was a step ahead of me in resolving my issue and return. It was a breeze. She was thorough, professional and incredibly communicative. Thank you.”

“I ordered a part that the website said was available. After a month of waiting, they still said I had to wait about 2 more weeks. They should not put available on the website as I'm the one who has to deal with a very upset customer who her and I though the part would be at our shop withing a week if it was on hand.”
