I had ordered 4 Toto toilets from a big retailer and two of them came broken. I reordered from them and one came fine but with a broken tank and the other one broke again. So I ordered the tank from the retailer twice and it came broken both times. This is to say that shipping the tank and this toilet has been an ordeal for me. I decided to use a different vendor and ordered with plumberstock. After ordering I messaged them and got a prompt response from Aillene Aguirre on their team the next day.
