Tried calling Plumberstock several times, left voicemails and no response. Finally, I got Chriselen on the phone and she quickly handled my issue. The level of professionalism was exactly what I wanted to find on the other end of the call. I am still waiting for my parts to arrive---longer than the 16 days quoted. I will be in touch if they got the order wrong.
