Just finished speaking with Deane regarding an order that was late in arriving and I wanted to request a cancellation of my order. Deane quickly located the info etc for my order and cheerfully cancelled it. I hadn't been charged yet, so there was no heed to initiate a return/refund. I am quite please with my experience with Deane.
