I had ordered a part that ultimately could not be found; out of stock and not available. Christy Ventura notified me that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order, and also informed me that there was no charge to my account based on that information. I was very grateful for her up-front notification. I greatly appreciated the service that was provided, even when I was not going to be able to receive the part. That, to me, exemplifies great service!
I will be using this company again with this great service to the customer!
