I reached out to Ercel to see about an order that I had placed yesterday to see if I could make a change to the shipping address to correct a mistake that I made. Ercel was very friendly and truly interested in making sure he did everything he to do to help me. Unfortunately, the package shipped the same day I ordered it and he couldn’t make the necessary change to the shipping address, but did provide me the FedEx tracking number. Ercel is a real asset to you Team.
